Buhari presides over FEC meeting ahead departure for Turkey

President Muhammadu Buhari presided over the Federal Executive Council (FEC) meeting on Wednesday, October 18, at the Statehouse in Abuja. The president will after the meeting depart for Turkey on an Official Visit and to attend the D-8. Bashir Ahmad, a presidential aide disclosed this on his twitter page. He wrote: "Pres. @MBuhari will later today depart for Istanbul, Turkey to participate in the 9th Summit of the Developing 8 (D-8) on October 20, 2017."
