Innocent Idibia popularly known as 2Baba released a song titled “Unconditional Love” to pay tribute to his mum. The video he released on his Instagram is a collection of her photos. He wrote as caption of the video; “I love u mum!!”
Meanwhile, 2baba would have pursued an entirely different career path if he had followed his mother’s wishes.
Mrs. Rosemary Idibia had wanted her son to become either a banker, a lawyer or a doctor. This was disclosed in the afro pop star’s biography written by Ayeni Adekunle, a PR and entertainment media guru.
Mrs Idibia said: “His inclination towards music was shown at an early age of five. He would mimic songs from TV and RADIO. We hoped he would pursue one of these high sounding professions like Law, Medicine or Banking and so on.”
